There are no limits to the application of printed flags, banners, transparents, or tarpaulins. No matter what, advertising or company banner, municipality flag or truck tarpaulin, as diverse as the purpose for usage as diverse are also the materials that Fahnen Kössinger can offer.

Basic materials for flags, transparents, and advertising products
Synthetic, abt. 110 g/m² and "Trevira CS" with flame retardant treatment according to B1
Knitted polyester. This is a highly shining, light waving material, ideal for advertising purposes with a proper weight of abt. 110 g/m². It is suitable for silk screen printing, halftone printing, and digital printing.
The so-called "Trevira CS" is flame retardant according to fire protection class B1.
Airflag synthetic with hole structure, abt. 110 g/m²
Knitted polyester. This is a highly shining, light waving material, ideal for advertising purposes with a proper weight of abt. 110 g/m². Fabrics with this hole structure are only cut, not seamed.
Suitable for silk screen printing, halftone printing, and digital printing.
Synthetic non-transparent, abt. 210 g/m²
Knitted polyester.This is a dull, non-transparent material made of 100% polyester with a proper weight of abt 210 g/m². Photo-realistic printing is especially effective by the fine structure of this fabric. No printing through. Flame retardant finishing according to fire protection class B1.
Ships' flag/canvas fabric, abt. 150 g/m²
Woven polyester. This is a dull, light waving, extremely tear-resistant material with a proper weight of abt. 150 g/m². It is preferred in areas exposed to strong winds.
Suitable for silk screen printing, and digital printing, but not for halftone printing.
PVC mesh grid, abt. 330 g/m²
Especially for strong mechanical stress, very tear-resistant, weatherproof and permeable to air. Flame retardant according to fire protection class B1. Despite its grid structure, this material has a high color brilliance and, due to its wind permeability, it is preferred in big and exposed areas.
Only for transparents.
PVC tarpaulin (so-called "Frontlit"), abt. 500 g/m²
Especially for strong mechanical stress, very tear-resistant, weatherproof.
Flame retardant according to fire protection class B1.
Only for transparents.
Satin, abt. 115 g/m²
Knitted polyester. This is a precious, highly shining material with a proper weight of abt. 115 g/m². Its effect is silk-like, it is non-transparent. The material is well suitable for high quality presentation purposes.
Good UV resistance.
Maximal printing through abt. 50%.
PVC Blockout, abt. 650 g/m²
This material can be printed on both sides. The inside blockout tier guarantees absolute light impermeability. For exhibitions and store construction, this material is especially well suited as it fulfills the requirements of fire protection class.
